Description
Sorter/Packer 2nd Shift
Distribution center for Facebook, Logitech, and Microsoft (the 3 major brands) electronics located in Ontario, CA. Merchandise varies in size and weight- small computer accessories, monitors and TV screens.
The right associates will be able to perform all functions of this job.
Sorters/Packers will work in the Logitech department and are responsible for sorting/packing orders using a hand held RF scanner.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM — $17.50/hr
Overtime required, including Saturdays and Sundays based on business needs.
Start date: TBD
Job Tasks
- Sorting product onto pallet accordingly
- Picking orders using a RF scanner
- Palletizing/Material handling
- Packing product following visual aid from a computer screen
- Move finished pallets with a manual pallet jack
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ months of warehouse experience required
- Experience using RF scanners
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–12 hours)
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
