Job Description:

The Molding Technician I supports the Production Department by assisting senior-level technicians with daily manufacturing and molding operations. This entry-level position is designed to develop technical knowledge and hands-on experience through structured training, close supervision, and progressive responsibility. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, quality-focused, and eager to learn manufacturing processes in a team-oriented environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians with daily molding and production activities.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and support quality assurance efforts.
• Learn and follow established quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and SOPs.
• Identify and report potential quality concerns under supervision.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines.
• Receive training on the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
