Assembler – No Experience Required | $17–$18/hr
Select Staffing is hiring Assemblers in Pueblo, CO! These are performance-to-hire opportunities with on-the-job training provided. No previous assembly experience required.
Pay & Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $17/hr
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | $18/hr
Overtime: Mandatory overtime is frequently required based on production needs. Employees may start as early as 5:00 AM and may work up to 12-hour shifts, 5–6 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble products and components as part of a production team
- Rotate through various production and assembly tasks
- Assist with production of wiring assemblies
- Complete required work-skills training for shop-floor processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience necessary – we’ll train!
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Dependable and comfortable working in a production environment
- Ability to work required overtime
