Shift – Tuesday to Saturday , 10am to 6:30pm or 10pm to 6:30am
Select Staffing is seeking a Customer Service associate for a Perishables Company in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage international export documentation with precision
- Oversee inventory to maintain smooth shipment flow
- Book air freight and coordinate schedules with airlines
- Provide timely updates to customers on bookings and shipments
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient freight handling

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- TSA background check
- 2 years of office experience, ideally in customer service or admin
- Proficient with computers and database systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- MUST be able to work weekends , overtime and Holidays
