This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse Associate supports daily operations across receiving, picking, and shipping to ensure accurate inventory flow and efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities include unloading delivery vehicles, inspecting incoming shipments, rejecting damaged materials, and verifying quantities against packing lists. Prepares receiving reports and stages materials for quality inspection.In picking, the associate assembles and fills customer orders, verifies item accuracy, performs hand or scale counts, bags and labels materials, and completes cycle counts. Conducts bin audits, resolves discrepancies, and stages racks for put-away.Shipping duties include verifying picked materials, consolidating and staging orders, managing masterload shipments, and coordinating with sales or trade teams for export orders. Processes small parcel and freight shipments through the LMS system and customer portals, schedules carrier pickups.
