Order Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Pacoima, CA

Pay Rate: $28.00/hour (potentially higher based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and order processing. Experience working in warehouse environments, inventory control, shipping coordination, and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate sales orders from release through shipment.
• Verify inventory availability and communicate shortages or delays.
• Coordinate picking, packing, staging, and shipping activities with warehouse teams.
• Review and process pick lists for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and manage order transactions within the ERP system.
• Generate shipping documents, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Track priority orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve inventory, quantity, and order discrepancies.
• Maintain shipment, transfer, and inventory records.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and verification processes.
