Feeder Operator / Printing Production Associate
Location: Commerce, CA
Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 4:15 AM – 12:30 PM
Position Overview
A reputable printing company in Commerce, CA is seeking a reliable and motivated Feeder Operator / Production Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for feeding materials into printing equipment, ensuring smooth production flow, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Feed paper and materials into printing presses and production equipment
- Monitor material flow to ensure continuous operation
- Inspect materials for quality and defects before and during production
- Assist press operators with setup and production tasks
- Stack, organize, and prepare printed materials for finishing and shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or printing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
