Location: Petaluma, CA
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Order Selector / Picker to join our warehouse team in Petaluma, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and building customer orders using a voice-directed picking system while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products by matching item numbers and product descriptions using a voice audio headset system.
- Hand-stack beverage products weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Build customer orders by placing products on pallets according to established stacking patterns.
- Shrink-wrap completed pallets, apply labels, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Transport completed orders to the loading dock staging area using an electric pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies, quality concerns, or inventory issues to supervisors.
- Report equipment malfunctions, incorrect orders, and other operational issues promptly.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the safe operation of warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including general housekeeping
