Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate / Construction Laborer with recent hands-on construction experience and proficiency using power tools and hand tools. This role involves assembling ductwork components, moving materials, performing quality inspections, and preparing finished products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products within the facility.
• Assemble ductwork parts and components using hand tools and power tools.
• Prepare completed products for shipment and customer delivery.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and proper fit are met.
• Package, label, and stage completed ductwork for delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on construction experience is required.
• Experience using a variety of power tools and hand tools.
• Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, fabrication, general labor, or handyman work preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely in a production and warehouse environment.
