Process Operator

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Type: Seasonal opportunity with potential for extension based on business needs

Select Staffing is hiring a Process Operator for a production facility. We are looking for dependable individuals who can work safely, follow instructions, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Pack and label finished products.
• Build and prepare boxes for shipping.
• Organize materials and keep the work area clean.
• Enter basic information into computer systems for tracking purposes.
• Operate a forklift safely to move materials and products.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of production or manufacturing experience.
• Basic math skills, including percentages and the metric system.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred; certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
