Stand-Up Forklift Operator / Shipping & Receiving

Location: Fremont, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support daily Shipping & Receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating stand-up forklifts, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory while following all safety procedures. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule and a daily lunch perk.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts (reach, cherry picker, or stand-up sit-down)
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Pick, stage, and transport products to designated warehouse locations
• Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
• Prepare outbound orders, including labeling, palletizing, and staging
• Perform basic inventory tracking and data entry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of stand-up forklift experience required

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Overtime may be available depending on business needs
