Pay Rate: $22.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (3–5 weeks)
Regular Schedule After Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a stable weekday schedule and the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns and issues with a positive approach
- Process product samples and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with basic computer applications and email
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
