Job Opening: Order Selector

Order Selector Position (Santa Cruz, CA)

Pay Rate:

• $18/hr

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays
• Start time: 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

This role involves walking approximately 10–11 miles daily while pushing a cart and using an RF scanner to locate, scan, and pick products. Selected items are then delivered to the packing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, fill, and package customer orders
• Receive and process inbound shipments
• Perform replenishment and inventory support tasks
• Conduct shipping audits and assist with trailer loading
• Complete inventory cycle counts and process returns/RTS
• Rotate products following FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines
• Verify quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Entry-level; training provided
• Ability to arrive on time and work overtime as needed
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English
• Experience with power equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of standing, bending, and reaching for up to 10 hours
• Comfortable with frequent stair and ladder use
