 Position Overview

Select Staffing is hiring a Temporary Marketing Associate to support a food manufacturing company’s Marketing Department. This role assists with brand strategy, packaging design, marketing content, and communication tools across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support brand strategy, product messaging, and promotional plans
• Create online and offline marketing content (website, social media, PR, POSM)
• Assist with packaging design, dielines, and FDA-compliant artwork
• Coordinate photoshoots and marketing collateral production
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Support trade show planning and booth design
• Record and manage consumer claims per SQF requirements

 Qualifications

• BA/AA in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years in brand or product management (food industry a plus)
• Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license for store visits and events
