Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and assist customers effectively.
- Sales and Sales Management experience to drive revenue and meet business objectives.
- Training experience to help educate team members and customers on product use and benefits.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Knowledge of construction materials and tools is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus
