Part Time Pick & Pack/General Warehouse – Colorado Springs – 20 Hours Per Week.

We’re hiring part-time Pick & Pack Associates for a large distribution facility operated by one of our top 3PL clients. This role is ideal for someone seeking steady weekend work in a fast-paced, team-driven warehouse environment. You’ll play an important part in keeping high-volume consumer products moving accurately and efficiently through the supply chain.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $20/hr
• Location: Colorado Springs, CO
• Schedule: Friday & Sunday 8:30am-7:00pm

Responsibilities

• Work at a pick wall and follow a red light/green light system to identify and select the correct product.
• Place selected items into boxes, secure completed cartons, and palletize finished orders.
• Use a manual pallet jack to transport staged pallets to the shipping area.
• Maintain a consistent pace in a large facility, most associates walk up to 10 miles per shift.
• Perform general warehouse tasks including organizing, restocking, and keeping the work area clean.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift; comfortable with high activity levels.
• Capable of handling lightweight items throughout the shift.
• Able to follow simple indicator-based picking systems with accuracy.
