We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers with orders, inquiries, and complaints. Join a collaborative team focused on providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Communicate via multiple channels
• Resolve customer concerns
• Process orders and requests
• Learn product details and use in-house systems
• Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Shift: 8:45 PM – 5:15 PM
Pay: $18.50/hr
