About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Molding Technician to join our Production team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn hands-on manufacturing skills and grow within a technical environment. You’ll work closely with experienced technicians, receive structured training, and play a key role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist senior technicians with daily molding and production tasks

• Learn and apply company quality standards while inspecting molded parts

• Help identify potential quality issues under supervision

• Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks with close guidance

• Support machine setup and adjustments under technician oversight

• Troubleshoot minor production issues as your skills develop

• Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and proper use of PPE

• Receive training in safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials

Training & Growth

• Hands-on training from experienced senior technicians

• Step-by-step development in molding operations, quality inspection, and safety

• Increasing responsibility as you demonstrate competency

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies and environmental regulations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Properly handle and dispose of hazardous waste
