About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Union City, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and hands-on experience with inventory control and order processing.
Responsibilities
? Perform daily cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies ? Track, record, and update inventory using WMS, RF scanners, or tablets ? Pick orders using a tablet and ensure order accuracy ? Perform heavy lifting of boxes throughout the shift ? Lift and move products weighing 50 lbs. or more ? Ensure accurate labeling, placement, and organization of inventory ? Assist with receiving, put-away, replenishment, and shipping support ? Maintain clean and organized inventory storage areas ? Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams ? Perform basic data entry and report shortages or errors

Requirements
?? 1+ year experience in inventory, warehouse, or related field ?? Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods ?? Experience using RF scanners, tablets, or inventory systems ?? Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment ?? Basic math and computer skills ?? Ability to read and write English at a level required for successful job performance ?? PPE required (steel-toe shoes)
