Production Associate (Short-Term Assignment)

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay: $22.25 + $2/hour completion bonus
Schedule: 2nd shift ( 1pm-9:30pm) 3rd shift (9:30pm – 6am)

Job Overview:

We’re seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates for short-term assignments that may repeat monthly. Associates who complete the full assignment with no absences, tardiness, or performance issues are eligible for a $2/hour bonus upon completion.

Responsibilities:

Work at various assigned stations on a production line, rotating among tasks as needed.
Assemble multiple SKUs into kit SKUs, including opening master cases and consolidating stock into smaller packaging.
Rework or repackage products into new or over packaged formats.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Perform related duties as assigned to support production goals.

Qualifications:

Ability to follow directions and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and dependability.
Must be available to work all scheduled days of the assignment.
