Job Requirements:

• 1 year recent experience working as a deburrer in the aerospace industry 
• Able to work 8 hour shifts
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Able to count accurately

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform manual deburring operations using hand tools such as files, scrapers, and deburring knives. 
• Operate mechanical deburring equipment, including tumblers, grinders, and pneumatic tools. 
• Inspect metal fittings for burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections. 
• Ensure all finished parts meet precise tolerances and aerospace industrial quality standards. 
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure proper finishing. 
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work environment.
