A company in Simi Valley is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator.
Days: M-F
Hours: 8:30-5 30-minute lunch
Pay rate $18.00 per hour
Position Summary:
The primary function of a customer care center representative is to strategize with assigned sales representatives and close deals on follow up.
Customer service is vital in this role; if a client needs help getting to the proper department for assistance, it is the duty of the customer care representative to see that the client gets taken care of properly and follow up to ensure needs are met.
Making proper notes in the system and are responsible to maintain their MTD for any bonus payout. They can also assist with answering phones or helping with front desk coverage if short staffed.
*Must have a good understanding of Salesfoce, Outlook, Word, Excel, and computer programs. Must have customer service skills and ability to handle heat calls appropriately.
