Job Opening: Forklift, Sit Down- Propane [PIT]

Select Staffing is currently hiring for a Forklift Operator for a lumber company in North Sacramento

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move lumber products and materials around the yard or warehouse

• Safely transport heavy and oversized lumber to designated storage or staging areas

• Stack and organize lumber according to size, type, and company procedures

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues

• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and secure load handling

• Assist with inventory counts and tracking lumber movement

• Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized yard or warehouse area

• Use handheld scanners or paperwork to document material handling and movements

• Support general labor tasks as needed, including wrapping pallets and assisting customers
