Maintenance Technician

Development Company in Corona has immediate openings for a Maintenance Technician.

Temp-To-Hire opportunity!

Schedule: Monday thru Friday must be flexible with hours and OT as well as Saturdays

Great Pay: $20-$25 (DOE)

Maintenance Technician duties:

• Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
• Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
• Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped

Must be able to clear a background check.

We are hiring motivated and experienced Service Coordinator to help support our client’s warehouse daily operations.  

Schedule: 1st shift: 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri

Great Pay: $25-$26/hr.

Service Coordinator Duties:

• Coordinating with service department and field technicians maintenance and repair of company vehicles and equipment.
• Will have communication with foremen and service technicians.
• Maintain accurate records to support efficient operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task effeciently.
