Logistics Coordinator

Large logistic and transportation company is hiring experienced Logistics Coordinator to add to their team!

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator with excellent customer service skills. 

Temp-Hire opportunity!

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri

Great Pay: $28/hours

Logistics Coordinator Duties:

• Assist with operations and Logistical department.
• Assign routing and send delivery alerts to carriers.
• Maintain communication with carriers and clients on shipments.
• Coordinating transportation delivery logistics with domestic trucking companies to ensure safe and timely delivery to clients.
• Data entry and dispatch pickups to carriers.
• Collaborate with other departments and carriers to prioritize and service customer's needs.
• Quote client inquiries.
• Enter customer billing in TMS and finalize so invoices are issued.
• Excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

Logistics 2 years of experience. Computer Literate: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Empaquetador/horario: Lunes a Viernes

• 1er turno: 5:00am-1:30 pm mas horas extra
• 2do Turno: 2:00pm-10:30pm mas horas extra

Duración: Largo Plazo
