Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clamp Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for safely operating clamp forklift equipment to move, stack, and stage materials while meeting productivity and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate clamp forklift equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, transport, and stack materials using clamp attachments
- Stage product for inbound and outbound shipments
- Verify materials, inventory counts, and locations
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clamp forklift experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift

- Operating various forklifts such as:
- Sit-Down Forklift
- Pulling and staging orders from the warehouse to prepare for outbound loading
Machine Operator Job Details
- Pay Rate: $17.25/hour
- Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday
- Shift: 1st Shift, 4:15 AM – 12:30 PM
- Load and unload materials into assigned machines
- Perform Material Handler duties as required
- Previous experience in a machine operator or production role preferred
- Basic computer skills (keyboard and mouse use required)
