Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator with strong Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge, as well as proficiency in email communication and Microsoft Excel. This role requires both operational and administrative skills to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient material handling, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently

• Perform inventory transactions using WMS to track and update stock levels

• Communicate with team members and supervisors via email to coordinate tasks and resolve issues

• Use Microsoft Excel to create, update, and maintain reports (e.g., inventory counts, shipment logs)

• Ensure materials are stored in the correct locations according to warehouse standards

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and follow safety protocols

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience operating a sit-down forklift (certification preferred)

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Strong email communication skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable AR/AP Administrative Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities, playing a key role in supporting the financial operations and internal communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties

• Manage invoicing and ensure timely and accurate processing

• Support month-end closing and work closely with offsite CPAs

• Perform accounting reconciliations and assist with full monthly cycle close

• Handle administrative and HR/payroll tasks as needed

Laboratory Assistant 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-530pm

Pay Range: $18 to $22 DOE 

Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.

Maintain sanitation, organization, and housekeeping of lab areas

Manage laboratory materials, supplies, and equipment inventory

Assist with daily lab tasks:

Wash lab tools and load them into the dishwasher

Fill, label, and pack product bottles into shipping boxes

Coordinate shipping labels with packages, ensuring accuracy

Open and log lab samples into system daily

Restock and organize warehouse shelves
