Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of Forklift experience

Title: Press Brake Operator

Hours: 1^st and 2^nd shift 6am-3pm and 3pm-11:30pm

Pay: $20/hour + DOE

The Press Brake Operator will operate an Amada HG8025 to bend, shape, cut, and manipulate sheet metal and metal plates.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operates a Press Brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates.
• Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.
• Ensures that there are sufficient raw materials available.
• Measures and aligns materials to be used.
• Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake controls.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans (blue prints).
• Basic computer and math skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in metal fabrication or related work preferred

Essential Functions:

• Review and comprehend specifications to ensure the company is in compliance with customer processing requirements.
• Verify customer purchase orders to ensure that the company can comply with process requirements.
• Develop a detailed, step by step work instruction for manufacturing of complex machine details and the assembly of aircraft components.
• Determine the requirement of additional sketches and aides.
• Analyze customer engineering drawings and models to determine configuration changes.
• Understand the MRP system to maintain the database and generate work orders and related documentation.
• Create work order and certification documents to provide flow down of information and objective evidence of specification and conformance.
• Comprehend supplied purchase orders and blueprints for proper flow down to process
• Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Provide technical support to internal departments and outsourcing vendor bases.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Computer Skills: Able to work with outlook, Microsoft, excel

Summary:

A Inventory Control Associate typically involves managing and tracking inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize costs. This includes overseeing inventory systems, coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and potentially managing warehouse operations. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. 

• Ordering and Receiving: Placing orders for new inventory, receiving deliveries, and verifying the accuracy of shipments. 

• Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of inventory transactions, including incoming and outgoing stock, as well as any adjustments or discrepancies. 

• Physical Counts: Conducting regular physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy against records. 

• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigating and resolving any discrepancies between physical inventory and recorded data. 

• Inventory Optimization: Developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize holding costs, and reduce waste. 

• Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on inventory levels, trends, and potential issues, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. 

• Software and System: 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP or a comparable platform (this is a must)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
