Position: Sales Administrative Assistant
Pay: $25–$28/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Includes 30 minutes of work every other weekend, shared among team members)

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain customer orders in Microsoft BC with precision

• Ensure orders ship on time and all details are recorded accurately

• Support the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams with order tracking and communication

• Handle eCommerce orders and provide excellent customer service

• Process credits for shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect products

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the Sales office

• Collaborate across departments to coordinate shipping and receiving schedules

• Assist with manual reporting and support process improvements

• Provide administrative support for special projects, trade shows, and events

• Travel locally between sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure entrance by monitoring and recording all visitors, vendors, and drivers.

• Verify the condition of intermodal equipment entering and exiting the facility; report and document any damages or inconsistencies.

• Support port drayage operations by preparing and managing driver paperwork and updating system records.
