Summary Under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor, the Material Handler is responsible for order pulling, inventory accuracy and cycle counting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, trucks and shelves by hand.
  • Pulls and moves materials from warehouse to work sites and designated areas as specified on Pick List.
  • Counts, weight, and records material moved or handled on a daily basis.
  • Enters inventory data into computerized system to insure inventory accuracy.
  • Operates forklift and electric pallet jack.
  • Performs cycle counts on a daily basis.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as required.
