Leasing Office in the city of Barstow is looking for experienced Office Assistant for 1st shift.
Office Assistant Pay Rate: $18-$20 DOE
Office Assistant Schedule: Monday – Friday
Length: Performance to hire
Office Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Schedule vendors for unit maintenances - utilities, pest control, etc.
- Filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Process Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Assist the Property Manager as need
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Attention to detail, able to multitask, flexibility
- Resourceful in looking for answers and solutions
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- High level of organization and efficiency
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, & Word
- Pluses – Property Management, Yardi, Bookkeeping
- Must have at least 6 months of Office assistant experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office is a must
- High Level of professionalism with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Great attention to detail
- Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
