Key Responsibilities

• Performs incoming inspection, testing and release of component materials, sub-assemblies and purchased finished products in accordance with all applicable specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares inspection and receiving documentation and other reports as required.
• Maintains and reviews receiving documentation, supplier certificates of conformance or certificates of analysis and other quality-related documentation for each shipment received.
• Documents and communicates supplier non-conformances to suppliers, QA and purchasing personnel.
• Dispositions all received materials and products in the AX system and communicates status of received products with warehouse, QA and operations personnel.
• Inspects and releases sterilization loads and performs inspection, disposition and reconciliation of returned sterilizer loads.
• Assists with sterilization validations, preparation of Material Rejection Reports, final inspection and release of finished products to the customer.
• Performs 100% inspection and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Performs inspection on damaged and returned (RMA) products and documents disposition using the AX system.
• Works with warehouse receiving and material handling personnel to effectively receive, identify, track and disposition all inspected and released materials/products throughout the warehouse system.

• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms or warehouses.
• Verify inventory by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

A location in Sarasota is seeking a 2nd shift Converting Machine Operator. 

Shift: 4PM-2AM

Pay Rate: $11.75

Great location with the ability to become full time. 

Duties: You will need to train on 1st shift for 2 weeks and then transition over into 2nd shift. 

1st shift hours are from 7am-3pm 

• Responsible for operating and tending metal or plastic molding
• Casting machines to mold or cast metal or thermoplastic parts or products.
• This position requires an open schedule
• Must be able to work 40+ hours a week.
• Must be able to stand for a long period in one place.
• Must have 2 years in the machine operating industry.
• Must have a cleared background and pass a drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation.

2nd shift position starts at: $11.75 Per hour
