Location: Healdsburg – Department: Hospitality – Seasonal Server Position Summary: Healdsburg Winery is seeking a committed seasonal Server to provide a 5-star guest experience that is consistent with our high standards and values for customer service. The ideal candidate will deliver a welcoming, fun, and distinctive guest experience to every guest at the winery. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule and a can do attitude. Responsibilities: Maintains an uncompromised professionalism and composure at all times and all situations. • Shares a passion for product and providing epic guest experiences • Ensures guest expectations are being met by executing proper sequence of service, moving with purpose, confidence, and speed at all times. 2 • Maintains the details of table and winery cleanliness in all areas of the building, throughout all hours. • Completes set-up, side work and breakdown/closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner Minimum Qualifications: Preferred but not required one year of experience in hospitality environment • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule) • Effective communication skills and ability to maintain composure in high stress environment. • Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience
