We are now looking for Production Technicians for our client in the Food Production Industry located in Morgan Hill, CA! Pay Rate: $18-$20/HR DOE Shift Time: 6am-3:30pm (Shift may vary; must be flexible) GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare for production by reviewing production schedule and work orders, assembling and weighing materials and supplies • Work on both upstream and downstream activities including substrate preparation, sterilization, dehydration and milling operations. • Follow regular schedules to operate, sanitize and maintain production equipment • Log work input and maintain records of processing steps • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company’s operating procedures. • Operate and maintain instruments and light machinery • Promote food safety and quality awareness throughout the organization. • Adhere to and ensure company-wide compliance with policies and procedures relating to product/food safety and quality. • Express concerns and offer solutions regarding product/food safety and quality issues. • Report all major or minor product/food safety/quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Qualifications: • High school education / Associate Degree or relevant experience • Certified operating a stand-up forklift and/or scissor lift • Understanding and operating machinery • Proven ability to learn and apply routine processes • Able to communicate effectively in small groups If interested, please APPLY NOW!
