  • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on production equipment that is electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

• Prepare and review import files from production to process in the payroll application software
• Review validation reports to include Labor audits, Reconciliation of hours and pieces
• Promptly respond to employees’ requests related to paychecks, direct deposit, deductions, etc.
• Generate reports as requested by management
• Timely and compliantly process termination and lay off checks
• Proactively escalate potential payroll issues to management
• Participate in special projects and troubleshoot problems
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements
• Maintain updated knowledge of IRS, DOL and other government regulations as they relate to payroll and Guest Worker Program
• Support Guest Worker Team in the following areas:
o Gather documentation required for contract transfers from guest workers
o Assist managers in developing compliant and effective petitions for US and Canadian program.
o Support in the movement of workers between contracts and between countries
o Act as lead person in external and internal audits
