Duties and Responsibilities
The Production Utility position produces a high volume of numerous food items in different packaging styles to specification, efficiently and safely. To produce high quality package products to specifications on various production lines. Operate equipment properly and safely.

Operate depositors, kitchen/cooking equipment to customer specifications
Pack product to specification.
Understand and follow recipes and written instructions
Maintain work area in a clean and sanitary condition
Able to operate equipment safely and efficiently as needed for each job
Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
Must be capable of safely learning to operate power equipment
Work in a teamwork environment and perform under GMP and Safety guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Motivated self-starter with ability to work with moderate supervision
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices or safe food handling
Skill in packaging such as bottles, bulk cases, bags, and other manners
Ability to work as an effective team to meet production/packaging goals
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work in various departments and change roles as needed
Ability to identify potential defects in products and bringing attention to the issue

Summary of Job Duties: SALES SUPPORT ADMIN 

This position requires a person to do be able to do multiple support duties such as; Data Entry, Power Point presentations, filing, organizing training packets.

Specific Job Duties: 1.Prepare source data for computer entry of orders received by email, faxes or internet channels.

2.Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

3.Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or reentering data, combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete, purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

4.Process materials requested by sales staff, i.e.; literature, demo samples, and training materials. Track packages as necessary.

5.Communicate with the Sales Reps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders and/or projects.

6.Follow all department and company policies and procedures.

Summary of Job Duties:  Under general supervision, perform Human Resources Administrator functions at the West Coast Distribution Center. to ensure a structure of consistency and best practices to comply with policies and procedures.

 

Specific Job Duties:

  1. Oversee the DC-focused recruiting efforts by sourcing and screening applicants, conducting interviews, obtaining reference checks, working with management on hiring decisions, and completing offers of employment. 
  2. Enhance the overall recruiting efforts through industry contacts, association memberships, job fairs, online job posting sites, other position-appropriate venues, and employee referrals.
  3. Assure completion of personnel changes through the Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) in Paycom.
  4. Complete all onboarding processes which includes conducting new hire orientations
  5. Participate in the EDD unemployment claims process by submitting rebuttals, applying for appeals and preparing for Company attendance at hearings when needed.
  6. Cross-train in area of benefits which includes administration of health insurance and 401k plan.  Assist and support annual Open Enrollment process.
  7. Oversee all DC leave of absence administration.
  8. Track and follow up on employee I-9 expirations and conduct periodic audits.
  9. Conduct exit interviews for employees at termination.
  10. Manage employee relations concerns under the direction of HR management. Participate in team meetings and provide scorecard data and project status updates.
  11. Participate in employee event planning and implementation for the DC.
  12. Perform all other tasks as assigned.
