Well known 3PL Company located in the City of Ontario is seeking a Part-Time HR assistant to join their team!

HR Assistant Pay Rate: $21 DOE

HR Assistant Schedule: Mon-Fri Schedule

Time: 10am-2pm

Length: Performance to hire

HR Assistant Job Duties & Responsibilities’:

  • Assist day-to-day business operations in the office as directed by HR Manager.
  • Provide HR Policy guidance to assist employees in reviewing and understanding Company and Site-specific policies.
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accurate documents are maintained.
  • Assist and oversee initiatives for the office to include coordinating candidate interviews, employee engagement initiatives and site-specific programs.
  • Record employee complaints, questions and concerns about payroll services and communicate those issues to HR Business Partner.
  • Ensure that workplace needs are being met in the form of benefits administration.
  • Comply with company safety program and training
  • Perform ad hoc requests and assist with special projects and other tasks or initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel (workbook entry, creation, formulas).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • 1+ years in: Administrative and Clerical Duties, Payroll and Human Resource, and bookkeeping duties.
  • Monday - Friday dayshift work schedule with occasional weekend if needed

A large distribution center in the city of Ontario is looking for an Inbound Lead to join their awesome team!!

Inbound Lead Pay Rate: $19

Inbound Lead Schedule: Monday-Friday 40-hour Schedule with lots of Overtime!!

Time: 6am-2:30pm

Length: Performance to hire

Inbound Lead Job Duties & Responsibilities’:

  • Monitors scheduled batches and ensures open orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Execute system transactions for WMS system in accordance to departmental workflow requirements
  • Maintain complete communication with Front-End/Account Management regarding any order discrepancies
  • Reviews, determines, organizes and delegates departmental work assignments
  • Maintains workflow and ensures availability of materials, tools, and necessary equipment for assembly
  • Monitor material availability and follows through with internal inventory (POD) produced by Media Factory
  • Interacts with other departments in production to resolve issues/problems that interfere with productivity
  • Monitor and ensure established SLA’s are met while fulfilling customer orders and without delays
  • Responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy, quality, services and efficient productivity
  • Ensure that all departmental quality inspection are performed and documented
  • Notify Supervisor or Manager immediately when discrepancies are found
  • Perform temporary employee orientation along with any required training
  • Participate in established Quality & Safety programs and adhere to the departmental QMS procedures
  • Monitors safety practices, reports injuries and turns in written incident report to Management
  • Completes required paperwork and reports any equipment malfunctions to Management
  • Communicate with other departments any material, equipment or replacement needs
  • Ensure all written procedures and processes are followed
  • Maintain team harmony and focus while providing complete customer service and satisfaction
  • Adhere to the company’s Quality Policy Statement and participates in the Quality Management System

Job Requirements:

  • Effective communication/comprehension skills – verbal and written form (bi-lingual a plus)
  • Math skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately
  • Familiar with commonly used practices, concepts and procedures within fulfillment/warehousing field
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from management and other departments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Familiarity with and ability to use computer systems and programs (capacity to learn)
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform multi-tasks successfully
  • Follow safe work practices and procedures
