Location: Florence, KY. (ON BUS LINE)

Shift: 2nd 2:30 pm-11:00 pm Mon-Fri

Pay: $14.10 per hour

$100.00 after 14 days,

$200.00 after 30,

$100.00 after 60,

$200.00 bonus once you get hired.

Experience is required!

Job Duties:

Order picking from rack RF scanner utilization Cleaning building Inspecting forklifts and writing reports/ documents. Receiving duties: handling computer, tracking incoming items.

Customer Service Representatives

Hours: 10:00am-6:30pm Mon-Fri

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job Duties:

- Receives and processes customer orders, in a fast paced setting, according to specified policies and procedures.

- Processes price and availability requests, according to customer specific restrictions and requirements.

- Initiate follow up requests from customers, utilizing strong oral and written communication skills to provide thorough feedback to Customer Care Center Representatives.

- Manage customer calls in such a manner as to maintain a high level of customer support and satisfaction exceeding every customer’s expectations every time.

- Achieve individual pre-determined agent metrics (i.e. phone productivity and error reduction) Long Term Temp job.

 - May perform other duties as assigned.
