Are you looking to join a team that values your skills and offers a path to growing your career? Select Staffing is hiring an Inventory Specialist, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, within a fresh produce distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Maintain accurate inventory records and product traceability.

·      Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and physical inventories.

·      Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.

·      Track product movement from receiving through shipping.

·      Verify receiving and shipping documentation.

·      Generate inventory reports and process inventory adjustments.

·      Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, quality assurance, warehouse, and sales teams.

·      Utilize inventory management and WMS systems to report transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Excellent attention to detail.

·      Experience with inventory control, preferably in fresh produce or food distribution.

·      Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
