Pay: $30–$32/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

Select Staffing is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to support a dynamic food manufacturing company in Richmond, CA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, branding, and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Support brand strategy, product positioning, and messaging
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and communication plans
• Create and manage marketing content (social media, website, print)
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Support packaging design and marketing collateral development
• Coordinate trade shows, events, and photoshoots
• Track performance and assist with reporting

Qualifications:

• Degree or experience in marketing or communications preferred
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience (food industry a plus)
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask

Additional:

• Must be able to lift 20–25 lbs occasionally
