“Sales” & Customer Service Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable selling products, promoting offerings, and performing general office duties in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone with product selection and order placement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Develop and retain knowledge of manufactured housing parts and materials
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Process customer orders, quotes, and deliveries using internal systems
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, billing, and product inquiries
- Maintain accurate records while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to promote and sell products effectively
- Comfortable handling both sales and general office tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
