“Sales” & Customer Service Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable selling products, promoting offerings, and performing general office duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone with product selection and order placement
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Develop and retain knowledge of manufactured housing parts and materials
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Process customer orders, quotes, and deliveries using internal systems
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, billing, and product inquiries
• Maintain accurate records while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to promote and sell products effectively
• Comfortable handling both sales and general office tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
