Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Store Leader to support daily store operations, team development, and customer service excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, maintaining store standards, and helping create a positive experience for every customer.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service in a friendly, welcoming environment
• Support compliance with all company policies and procedures through regular team meetings and training
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed
• Help train and develop team members in service, cashiering, selling, and safety
• Oversee daily scheduling and productivity of all store employees
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Perform general housekeeping and light maintenance tasks
• Support store leadership with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends and afternoon shifts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Previous retail or leadership experience preferred
