Warehouse Associate – Full-Time

Location: Hayward, CA
Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM (OT may be required)
Pay: $20/hr.

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Hayward. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including order processing, inventory handling, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working an afternoon-to-evening shift with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Load and unload materials and products
• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory
• Perform cycle counts and basic inventory tracking
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
