Now Hiring: Lumper (Warehouse Associate)

Location: Ontario, CA

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Lumpers/Warehouse Associates to join our team. This position involves physically demanding work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts & Pay Rates

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM — $17.50/hr
Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM — $17.50/hr
Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM — $18.50/hr

Note: Due to business needs, employees must be flexible with start times and shifts. Associates may rotate schedules and work in different areas as required.

Job Responsibilities

Perform repetitive loading and unloading of boxes from containers
Unload up to 2 containers per shift (2 people per container)
Lift and move products weighing 30–50 lbs continuously
Stand for the entire shift (8–12 hours, depending on workload and volume)
Bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Complete the same job function for the duration of the shift
Work in extreme heat conditions

Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays
Experience in packaging, assembly, or warehouse work preferred
Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendance
Ability to meet productivity quotas consistently
