Location: San Juan Bautista, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday

Hours: 1:00AM – 9:30AM

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Fish Filleter to join our team in San Juan Bautista. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting daily operations through product preparation, inventory accuracy, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist receiving with inbound drivers
• Count, weigh, and verify incoming product
• Label and stock inventory accurately
• Fillet fish for next-day inventory needs
• Perform daily clean-up and sanitation duties
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• Ability to safely and efficiently handle a knife
• Ability to lift and handle packages up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work productively in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• Ability to read and use a digital scale
