A well-established winery is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at communication and organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing customer support via phone, email, and internal systems
- Managing multiple priorities and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office
- Communicating with internal teams and external partners
- Following company policies and performance standards
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Wine and spirits industry knowledge preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to deal effectively with a diverse range of individuals at all organizational levels
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a rapidly changing environment
