About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician to support quality control and food safety operations within our spice and seasoning manufacturing environment. You will perform routine laboratory testing, document results, maintain lab equipment, and ensure full compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards.

This role works collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Procurement, R&D, and Production to verify product specifications, evaluate raw materials, and support ongoing quality initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct routine laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of test results
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Support quality investigations and product evaluations
• Verify supplier materials meet specifications
• Follow standardized testing procedures and safety protocols
• Assist with continuous improvement and food safety initiatives
