Quality Control Technician

Location: West Sacramento, CA
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician who has a strong eye for detail and can thrive in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, thorough, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final product inspections
• Complete inspection reports and related documentation with accuracy
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances
• Follow established quality procedures and adhere to all safety guidelines

Requirements

• Solid and stable work history (no frequent job changes)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to enter inspection results into a database
• Ability to send daily emails documenting inspection findings

Preferred Experience

• Prior inspection or manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently after training

General Duties

• This role requires spending most of the shift on the production floor
• Frequent movement between work cells during live operations
