As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate product records, ensuring efficient inventory flow, and supporting daily operations within our facility. Your eye for detail and commitment to accuracy will help keep our supply chain strong and our customers satisfied.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain precise records of physical and virtual inventories through daily cycle counts, claims management, and account administration.
- Oversee data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products.
- Manage inventory levels by determining stock needs and initiating replenishment when necessary.
- Investigate damages, discrepancies, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
- Locate and verify product information, confirm correct product IDs, and support physical inventory processes.
- Review stock data such as pallet IDs, substitutes, and product references to ensure shipping accuracy.
- Identify unused or excess items and recommend appropriate disposal or action.
- Ensure proper supply levels by ordering shipping materials, equipment, and other facility needs.

What You Bring
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in the country’s official language.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work in a range of temperatures:
- Cold storage environments as low as -20°F / -25°C
- Dry storage environments up to 100°F / 37°C
(All necessary PPE and freezer gear is provided.)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more, depending on facility needs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
