Job Title: Logistics Support Associate
Location: Pico Rivera, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Pay rate : $25.00 DOE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Support Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for tracking and monitoring shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing essential support to our operations, sales, and billing teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and demonstrates strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Track, trace, and monitor Estes Forwarding shipments, ensuring all status updates include complete and accurate notes.

Perform clerical tasks related to transportation, billing, and collections.

Review and monitor web portals, fax, and voicemail for service provider updates.

Maintain data and documentation for specific customers, markets, and internal processes.

Assist coordinators, supervisors, and managers with various operational needs.

Communicate any potential issues that may jeopardize shipment success to a Coordinator or Supervisor.

Confirm charges from service providers and ensure accuracy of all costs and accessorial fees.

Assist with operations, sales efforts, contracts, and billing as needed.

Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.

Support and promote company core values.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and job-specific software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
