Pay Rate
Starting at $23.00 per hour plus shift differential
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Reports to: Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Safely move and position trailers in and out of dock doors.
- Maintain routine radio communication with yard control.
- Perform daily inspections of trucks and trailers, including circle checks and tire checks.
- Back trailers into designated areas and ensure they are ready for movement.
- Document and perform daily pre-trip inspections.
- Monitor truck condition and report when repairs are needed; perform minor repairs (lights, fuses, etc.).
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) to move materials through the warehouse.
- Complete general warehouse tasks such as shipping/receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.
- Follow all company safety, security, and productivity standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year operating MHE.
- 5+ years of shunting experience required.
- Proven track record of safety and reliability.
- Experience with RF-based Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Red Prairie.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, order picking, shipping, and inventory control.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Thorough knowledge of company equipment, policies, and procedures.
- Service-oriented with strong customer focus and commitment to quality.
