Responsibilities
- Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Use power tools such as sanders, grinders, and drills to ensure optimal surface conditions.
- Apply caulking and Bondo to fill imperfections for a smooth finish.
- Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and ovens, ensuring proper application and curing.
- Perform quality checks on surfaces and finished products to meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
