Job Opening: QA

The QA Pre-Op Tech’s primary Responsibilities will include in-process production monitoring, Validation of sanitation and testing. Raw material and packaging inspections and finished goods documentation review and or perform a variety of standard microbiological, chemical and physical or sensory testing. Responsibilities will also include maintaining logs and data records associated with job functions conforming materials, corrective actions log, hold logs etc. 

1. Conduct daily pre-operational inspectional process of equipment 

2. Document findings 

3. Perform Plant Inspections GMP, Food Safety, Food Defense and report findings. 

4. Assist with swabbing for microbiological as well as ATBs as needed. 

5. Provide backup assistance to QA as needed.
